Kingdom Of Lythien

xxxxxxxxxxIn the great Kingdom Of Lythien, over a decade ago The Great Extermination began. It was started by King Arian Talvi to punish all those who practice magic, or of magical origins. Believing that magic's only use of evil and dark after his queen was assassinated by a High Priestess of the Old Religion, and was impersonated by her until the King found out only to sentence the impostor to death. He has since then punished all magic to death without a second thought. The Practitioners of the Old Religion had had enough they've gotten into for years, but generations of magic have been put to death. While many sympathize they can no longer live in isolated hiding, and there are some who plan to take action against the king to have him reunite with the former queen as they put it. The Princess has her own opinions on magic. Why she too grieved greatly, for her mother she doesn't judge magic as harshly as her father does. The Knights follow heir King's orders with complete obedience even though some may feel differently, but are bound by their duties.

She was only eight when King Arian began 'The Great Extermination'. She was born a creature of magic, and has been mastering it ever since then. Her father was a Dragonlord, and mother was mortal giving her the opportunity to be raised with a dragon. She has formed a close bond with her father's favorite dragon who she resides with in the Valley between mountain in isolation. She has since grown tired of living in hiding, and has begun plotting to overthrow the king to take the throne herself.
Magic
She controls a pack of elemental wolves: The Wolf of Fire, The Wolf of Ice, The Wolf of Lightning, The Wolf of Time, The Wolf of Water, The Wolf of Wind & The Wolf of Woods. She has formed a close bond with her father's favorite Dragon, and as a result the dragon performs many tasks she asks of it. She has years of sorcery under her belt, and is quite skilled even though she doesn't consider herself a High Priestess.

She was only five when her mother was assassinated by a High Priestess of the Old Religion. She was devastated by it, but didn't agree with her father's ways. She did not think executing all magic was correct. She felt that that one Priestess had to be brought to justice. She grew up without her mother, but raised by her servants. She isn't timid, and despite her father's wishes spends many time with the knights even practicing with them at times. In her years of the castle she has grown hesitant of magic because she knows that eventually there will be a backlash.

Having coming from noble blood he has dreamed of being a Knight since he was young. When he finally got to be a knight he never thought that he would be the Knight Lord. He Leads the other knights leading into battle, or simply leading them in weekly training. He was only nine when 'The Great Extermination' began, and never quite knew sure why until he was older. He still occasionally leads raids into villages looking practitioners, but is remorseful about the lives he took unable to question his king's orders

Having been a much pleasant ruler before The Queen was assassinated he has become quite cold. He tolerates nothing, and is always ordering executions to in the slightest signs of magic use. He refuses to believe that magic is not evil, and will do anything to rid it once and for all. He is a bit more forgiving with his daughter as she is all he has left of his wife.

A purebred werewolf who lived in a small settlement with his pack who typically kept to themselves in the woods. While they did not go looking, for trouble they weren't secretive. As a result many people knew where to find them. Unfortunately for them many villages ratted them out to Knights raided their settlement. He was the only survivor of the the pack, and has lived a nomadic lifestyle ever since not wanting to stay in one place for too long in fear of being found.
Magic
As a werewolf he has the ability of being able to shape shift into his Wolf Form on command. He possess great strength in either form, and his senses are those of a wolf being able to hear and smell in great distances. He also dabbles in magic just a bit knowing enough to help him get along.
